An agency claiming an address in every state gets found out the moment somebody calls it. **In the question itself.** “Agency near me” or “hotel in Tyrol” contains the location. That is the obvious case, and the smaller one. **In the context of the request.** Even without a stated location the systems take account of where the question comes from. The same question from Graz and from Bregenz regularly returns different names, with nobody naming a place. **In the sources.** Regional media, state associations and directories with a regional remit are solid sources for these systems. Appearing in them gives you an advantage in your region that national reach does not replace. So a regional measurement is not a surcharge on a national one. Regional pages without regional content are doorway pages, and Google devalues them for good reason. They do not get cited in AI answers either, because they say nothing of their own. So our state pages currently carry only what can be evidenced: economic structure, typical questions, reachability and a note on where the work is done from. What is missing are case examples from each region. As soon as a project in a state is finished and approved, it goes onto the corresponding page. Until then the note stays there rather than implying a reference that does not exist. Common questions ## About working across Austria. **Do you have an office in every state?** No, we have one office in Lower Austria. Anything else would be a claim a single phone call disproves. We still serve the whole country, because the work is location independent. **Does an agency's location affect the AI answer?** The agency's location barely, the asker's location considerably. What counts in the answer are mentions on sources with regional standing, not the supplier's postcode. **How do you measure by region?** The same question set gets run with different location settings and the results kept apart. Only that comparison shows whether a mention holds everywhere or only in one region. **Is regional measurement worth it for a purely national offer?** Usually yes, for a different reason. Even with a nationwide offer the systems answer differently by region, and if you are systematically absent in one part of the country, that is a finding rather than noise. **Do you work in Germany and Switzerland?** Yes. The method is the same, the source landscape is not. The German market needs different trade media and directories than Austria, and we plan for that accordingly. **Do you travel to the states for meetings?** By arrangement yes, with the effort stated in the quote beforehand. Within Vienna and Lower Austria we do not charge travel. For most projects a video meeting is more practical anyway. **Does dialect play a role in the questions?** In the phrasing, yes. People write full sentences to chatbots and use regional terms for types of business or dishes. We take those variants into the question set where they occur in your sector. **Do map and directory listings count?** Considerably, for questions with a local element. The systems fall back on them when somebody asks for a provider nearby. Contradictory opening hours or addresses stand out badly there. **What if we have several locations in Austria?** Then each location needs its own clean entity with its own address and details. That is more work than one page with a list of towns, and it works, because it matches reality. **Is there public funding for a project like this?** There are digitalisation programmes at federal and state level whose conditions change constantly. We are not funding consultants and point to the chamber of commerce in the relevant state rather than quoting figures here that will be wrong tomorrow. **Which state are you strongest in?** Lower Austria and Vienna, from proximity and history.
