# Pricing and effort for AI visibility

## What it costs and what that depends on.

Cost is the most common question around choosing an agency, and most providers do not answer it. Here are the variables that set the price and the shapes we work in.

How pricing works

## Three variables set the effort.

**First, the scope of the measurement.** How many questions sit in the set and how many systems get queried. Effort rises roughly linearly per additional system, because every question gets queried and evaluated again.

**Second, the state of your groundwork.** A site with clean technology and maintained details needs a fraction of the work of one where company name, address and services differ across four places.

**Third, the shape.** A closed project costs once. Ongoing work costs monthly and only pays off over time, but it produces a measurement series rather than a snapshot.

Three shapes

## What each one includes.

One-off

### Visibility audit

Kick-off, agreed prompt set, repeated runs across the chosen systems, a report with
causes and an action plan, raw data, a meeting to go through it.

from EUR 1,500
one off, net

Project

### Implementation

Fact base, answer structure, technical work and source work, depending on the audit
findings. Defined scope, defined end.

from EUR 2,499
per project, net

Ongoing

### Monitoring and support

Repeated measurement at a fixed interval, alerts on drops, a quarterly report and
meeting, ongoing implementation as agreed.

from EUR 1,000
per month, net

Until those figures are settled you get them in the first call. We give you a number for your case rather than inventing a flat rate that fits nobody.

What raises the effort

## Cost drivers.

- Many locations, brands or languages in the same project

- A content system that cannot produce structured data cleanly

- Contradictory details about you in many places across the web

- Sign-off loops across several departments

- A question set somebody keeps wanting to change

What lowers it

## Cost savers.

- One person on your side who is allowed to decide

- Editor access instead of a ticket for every copy change

- A maintained product or service dataset that already exists

- Willingness to start with a small question set and extend later

- Existing SEO that can be built on

Common questions

## About pricing and contracts.

**Why are there no figures here yet?**

Because the ranges are not settled. As soon as they are, they go here. An invented number would be worse than none, and an “on request” with no orientation at all does not help you either.

**Do we get a quote up front?**

Yes, in writing with scope, duration and price. No work starts without a signed quote, and additional effort is agreed in advance rather than invoiced afterwards.

**Do you work on a performance basis?**

Not in this field. Results depend on systems nobody steers from outside and on implementation that partly sits with you. A model pretending the outcome is purchasable would be dishonest.

**Are there discounts for longer terms?**

Monthly effort falls over time, because build-up happens once and repetition is cheaper. That is reflected in the calculation. A discount for commitment with no substantive reason is not on offer.

**How is this invoiced?**

Projects in two or three instalments against progress, ongoing work monthly. Payment terms are in the quote and in the [terms](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/terms/).

**What happens with additional effort?**

We get in touch before it happens and you decide. If a task turns out bigger than expected mid-project, that is worth a message rather than a surprise on the invoice.

**Can we start with a small scope?**

Explicitly yes, and it is the more common route. A small question set, one system, one audit. Extending later does not make the earlier data worthless.

**Do you charge travel costs?**

Meetings usually run by video. If you want an on-site meeting, the effort is in the quote beforehand. Within Vienna and Lower Austria we do not charge travel.

**Is there a minimum term for monitoring?**

Yes, because a series under three or four rounds supports no conclusion. The specific length is in the quote and gets added here once the ranges are settled.

**What does the free first analysis cost?**

Nothing, and it is not a trap with a follow-on obligation. It checks one question across several systems and sends you the result. If nothing comes of it, that is fine.

**Do we pay for tools on top?**

Not for the measurement, those costs are in the price. If you want to own a particular tool yourself, such as your own monitoring subscription, that is a separate line.

**What if we do not continue after the audit?**

Then it ends there. The report and the raw data are yours, and you can work from them yourself or hire another agency. No clause makes that harder.

Difference

## How others do this, and how we do.

Not a judgement on individual agencies, but a description of two approaches. The right column is checkable, because this website itself is built that way.

Difference

Usual agency approach

agenticsearch.at

Starting point

A proposal after a first call

A measurement with a date, before anything gets recommended

Basis

Keywords from classic search

A question set of real prompts, clustered and prioritised

Proof of success

Rankings and a visibility index

Mentions per question and system, with the raw data

Reporting

A monthly dashboard with curves

The same measurement repeated, change called only after three runs

When unsure

Try it and see what happens

We say what is not evidenced, and write it on the page

Tooling

Agency licences, access ends with the contract

The question set and the data are yours, afterwards too

Scope

As many channels as possible from one supplier

A capped number of concurrent projects, otherwise we turn it down

Your guides

## You play the lead.

You know your business, your customers and your offer better than any agency does. What is usually missing is solid numbers on how AI systems talk about it, and an order in which to tackle that.

The number of concurrent projects is capped. When a piece of work needs more capacity than exists, we turn it down rather than take it on.

01

### You know where you stand

It starts with a measurement, not a proposal. You see in black and white which AI answers name your company and which do not, with a date and a question set.

02

### You know what comes next

Instead of a list of everything, you get an order. Every step has a result you can verify yourself, including without us.

03

### You keep the decisions

Your offer and your positioning stay yours. We tell you what stands in the way of visibility and take on the technical part of it.

Next step

## Let us find out where you stand in AI answers.

One conversation, 30 minutes, no sales pressure. You leave with an honest read on whether this is worth the effort for you.
