# Services for visibility in AI answers

## Four disciplines, six formats, one starting point.

Most providers throw GEO, AEO, LLMO and AI SEO together and call it a package. We keep them apart, because the work behind each is different and otherwise you pay for things you do not need.

Products and formats

## What you can actually book.

Each of these is bookable on its own. Which one fits depends on where you stand, and that is exactly what a first call settles, before anything gets commissioned.

### [AI Brain](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/ai-brain/)

The structured fact base AI systems read about you.

Entry point

### [AI visibility audit](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/ai-visibility-audit/)

A one-off measurement with prompt set, models and a date.

Ongoing

### [AI visibility monitoring](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/ai-visibility-monitoring/)

The same measurement continuously, with alerts and a quarterly report.

Project

### [AI Overview optimisation](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/ai-overview-optimisation/)

Work on the AI answers inside Google search itself.

Entry point

### [Prompt research](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/prompt-research/)

### [Agentic commerce](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/agentic-commerce/)

Serving products and prices so agents can buy them.

Next step

### [Nothing quite right?](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/contact/)

Then tell us about your case. In a first call we say which of these fits and whether the effort is worth it for you.

Starting point

## It almost always begins with a measurement.

Without a baseline you can neither decide what to do nor prove later that it worked. So the first step is the [visibility audit](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/ai-visibility-audit/): a fixed set of questions, several models, a date.

What follows depends on the findings. If contradictory details about you sit across the web, AI Brain comes first. If your content does not answer questions clearly, it is AEO. If nobody outside your own website mentions you, it is LLMO. We agree that order together rather than selling it.

If you already run SEO and want to know what changes, start with [AI SEO](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/services/ai-seo-agency/) instead. That is about your existing work, not a new programme.

Common questions

## About working together.

**Where should we start?**

With the audit, in almost every case. It costs you little time, gives you a baseline and answers which of the four disciplines applies to you at all. Anything else would be guesswork.

**Can you take on individual building blocks only?**

Yes. Many clients book the audit first and implement the measures themselves. Others have only the fact base built and keep the rest in house. A full programme is an option, not a condition.

**How much work does this create on our side?**

For the audit, count on two to three hours: one conversation about your audience and the questions they ask, plus access to analytics and Search Console. For ongoing projects it is usually one meeting every two weeks and sign-off on copy.

**Do you work alongside our existing agency?**

Regularly. In many projects another agency keeps running SEO or ads while we deliver the part aimed at AI answers. That works as long as it is clear who decides what. We write that split down at the start.

**Who actually works on the project?**

Florian Hieß leads the work, Romana Hieß handles client care. Design, development and copy come from long-standing freelance partners of Digital Wings GmbH. You do not get rotating contacts.

**What is the minimum term?**

The audit is a closed project with no commitment. Monitoring and ongoing work run over longer terms, because nothing is measurable before that. The specific periods are on the pricing page.

**What happens after the audit?**

You get a report with findings, causes and a prioritised action plan. You can work from it yourself, distribute it internally or hire us. Nothing rolls over into a follow-up project automatically.

**Do you handle implementation in our CMS?**

For WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and TYPO3, usually yes. For custom systems we provide the specifications and support your developers. Anything we cannot implement ourselves, we say before the project starts.

**Do you need access to our systems?**

Read access to analytics and Search Console covers the measurement. Implementation needs an editor account in the CMS. We only ask for admin rights when there is no technical alternative, and hand them back afterwards.

**How do you report on progress?**

For ongoing projects, briefly each month and in full each quarter: same questions, same systems, new date, plus what we did and what it changed. If a measure achieved nothing, that is in the report too.

Difference

## How others do this, and how we do.

Not a judgement on individual agencies, but a description of two approaches. The right column is checkable, because this website itself is built that way.

Difference

Usual agency approach

agenticsearch.at

Starting point

A proposal after a first call

A measurement with a date, before anything gets recommended

Basis

Keywords from classic search

A question set of real prompts, clustered and prioritised

Proof of success

Rankings and a visibility index

Mentions per question and system, with the raw data

Reporting

A monthly dashboard with curves

The same measurement repeated, change called only after three runs

When unsure

Try it and see what happens

We say what is not evidenced, and write it on the page

Tooling

Agency licences, access ends with the contract

The question set and the data are yours, afterwards too

Scope

As many channels as possible from one supplier

A capped number of concurrent projects, otherwise we turn it down

Your guides

## You play the lead.

You know your business, your customers and your offer better than any agency does. What is usually missing is solid numbers on how AI systems talk about it, and an order in which to tackle that.

[More about us](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/about/) [Request a call](https://www.agenticsearch.at/en/contact/)

Who is behind this
two people

- Florian Hieß measurement, technology, structure
- Romana Hieß day to day support and implementation
- Operated by Digital Wings GmbH, founded 2010
- Client projects 100+

The number of concurrent projects is capped. When a piece of work needs more capacity than exists, we turn it down rather than take it on.

01

### You know where you stand

It starts with a measurement, not a proposal. You see in black and white which AI answers name your company and which do not, with a date and a question set.

02

### You know what comes next

Instead of a list of everything, you get an order. Every step has a result you can verify yourself, including without us.

03

### You keep the decisions

Your offer and your positioning stay yours. We tell you what stands in the way of visibility and take on the technical part of it.

Next step

## Let us find out where you stand in AI answers.

One conversation, 30 minutes, no sales pressure. You leave with an honest read on whether this is worth the effort for you.
